How do you properly compare what every builder is offering to find out which one is the right one for you?
We know there is a lot of information to take in when researching different builders so we’ve put together some tips to help you compile, and ultimately accurately evaluate, and select the best deal for you when short-listing builders for your new home.
To help you compare inclusions between builders you should ask lots of questions. Start by asking whether everything you see in the display is included, or if it’s an upgraded extra cost.
Its easy to get excited at displays homes but experience a big crash to earth when you find out everything you see is only available as an upgrade. Our display homes largely follow a ‘what you see is what you get’ philosophy, so our clients can see from the beginning what is included.
As a guide, it’s good to check whether the following items are included in the base price;
