Where is the Dream Studio located?
The Dream Studio is located in the Ownit Homes Head Office on Level 2, 1933 Logan Road, Upper Mount Gravatt, QLD 4122
Is the Dream studio appointment-only or are walk-ins accepted?
Our Studio is by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted as our Colour Consultant works out of this space and is generally busy with other clients or working on projects in between meetings.
How do we make our Dream Studio appointment?
Once your Contract documentation is given to you, our Colour Consultant will reach out to you via email to book in your meeting.
How long will our Dream Studio appointment go for?
Generally we say to our clients to allow between 2-5 hours. Our Colour Consultant only books one appointment a day to cater for your needs so you’re not feeling stressed or rushed.
What can I expect from my Dream Studio appointment?
Our experienced Colour Consultant will guide you through the majority of the selections you will be required to make (excluding tiles and electrical). You will be able to see samples of products as well as images of examples to help you make your selections. Our Colour Consultant is a qualified interior designer, so she will share advice about current trends and coordinating colour palettes.
Are we allowed more than one appointment?
Generally we encourage only one appointment, however if require an additional appointment, we may be able to accommodate, however this can be discussed directly with our Colour Consultant.
How can we prepare before our Dream Studio appointment?

Is there free on-site customer parking?
Yes, we offer a dedicated, free customer parking on site at the front of our building.
Will I receive pricing for my upgrades on the day of my appointment?
More than likely no. Most upgrades will require our Colour Consultant to reach out to suppliers to attain quotes. Generally you can expect your upgrades pricing 1-3 weeks after your appointment.
Can we make changes to our selections after our appointment?
You can make changes only up until the Building Specifications are finalised. Once you have signed and approved these, we do not allow changes to your selections once these are finalised.
