2740mm High Ceilings
Adding a feeling of space and luxury, our double storey homes are built with 2740mm high ceilings as standard to the ground floor, and 2440mm to the upper floor.
Stone Benchtops
Premium 40mm fascia mineral stone benchtops are included as standard in all kitchens, and 20mm fascia benchtops in bathrooms and laundries. There are a wide range of mineral stone colours to choose from, giving you plenty of options to create the kitchen of your dreams.
900mm Smeg Appliances
Luxury designer Smeg kitchen appliances are standard in all Ownit Homes, including 900mm multifunctional oven, 900mm ceramic cooktop and 900mm undermount range hood. These premium quality appliances add a touch of luxury to our kitchens.
Soft Close Drawers
Locally made custom cabinetry that includes melamine soft close European drawers on steel runners, included throughout all homes. Choose from a range of finishes and designer handles.
Home Security
All of our homes are fitted with a home security pack that includes video intercom, security system, home hub and fully compliant hardwired smoke alarms - giving you the peace of mind that your family is safe and secure at all times.
Frameless Glass Balustrades
Premium quality frameless clear glass balustrades are standard in all double storey homes, ensuring internal and external views are unobstructed; as well as enhancing the feeling of space in the home. Our staircases are crafted with clear lacquered or painted Durian timber handrails.
Colorbond® Roof
Colourbond steel roof with Colourbond fascia and gutter are included as standard on every one of our homes. A wide selection of colours are available to choose from. Keep it neutral or make a statement with the facade of your home!
Home Facades
Maximise the curb appeal of your new home and choose from one of our show stopping facades to create the best looking home on the street! Our facade range (as per our current display homes) include designs such as classic, hip, skillion, modern and Hamptons.
