- Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the 50% Off Roof TerraceTM Offer commences at 10:00am AEST on Wednesday 30th October 2024 and continues until 30th April 2025, or such time as the 50% Off Roof TerraceTM Offer is terminated, cancelled or suspended by Ownit Homes in its absolute discretion (Promotion Period).
- The 50% Off Roof TerraceTM Offer is available for a limited time only. Furthermore, Ownit Homes in its absolute discretion has the right to alter or discontinue the 50% Off Roof TerraceTM Offer at any time without notice.
- The 50% Off Roof TerraceTM Offer is only valid to customers who pay a Preliminary Deposit (minimum $3200) between 28th October 2024 and 28th February 2025 and enter into a Building Contract with Ownit Homes Pty Ltd by 28th Feb 2025
- The 50% Off Roof TerraceTM Offer is only available on Ownit Homes Double Storey Homes from the Dream Inclusions range, altered designs will be assessed for eligibility.
- Construction of an Ownit Homes Roof Terrace™ is subject to Certifier and Council building requirements and any applicable Local Authority or any other applicable Authority and final plan approval.
- For any unforeseen reason should an item within the standard Roof TerraceTM range not be available or discontinued or otherwise not be available within a reasonable time, Ownit Homes at their absolute discretion will substitute the item with an item of equal or greater value. Furthermore, due to the continuing development of Ownit Homes’ designs and products, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Ownit Homes in its absolute discretion reserves the right to alter its product specifications and suppliers at any time and without notice.
- The 50% Off Roof TerraceTM promotion will add an additional 40 working days to the Building Contract, as required to construct a Roof TerraceTM.
- The 50% Off Roof TerraceTM promotion includes the following items:
