Terms & Conditions for Summer Savings

1. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Summer Savings promotion commences at 10:00am AEST on Friday, 19^th January 2024 and continues until such time as the Promotion is terminated, cancelled or suspended by Ownit Homes in its absolute discretion.

2. The Summer Savings promotion is only valid on quotes issued after 19^th January 2024. Customers must pay a Preliminary Deposit (minimum $3,200) between 19^th January 2024 until the Promotion is terminated and enter into a Building Contract with Ownit Homes Pty Ltd within 70 days after the Preliminary deposit as described above.

1. The Summer Savings promotion will be issued in the form of a value add offer and applied to the final contract.
2. The up to $30,000 savings component is only available on Ownit Homes Dream Inclusions houses at the sole and absolute discretion of Ownit Homes.
3. Altered designs will be assessed for eligibility at the sole and absolute discretion of Ownit Homes.
4. The Summer Savings promotion is available for a limited time only. Ownit Homes in its absolute discretion has the right to alter or discontinue the Summer Savings promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. ^The Capri’s price is based on the Classic Inclusions price for a Capri Home immediately prior to the 05/04/2023. Classic inclusions only.

1. For any unforeseen reason should an item within the standard Dream Inclusions range not be available/discontinued, Ownit Homes will substitute the item with an alternative in their absolute discretion. Due to the continuing development of Ownit Homes’ designs and products, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Ownit Homes in its absolute discretion reserves the right to alter its product specifications and suppliers at any time and without prior notice.
2. All drawings and photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may contain items that are not part of an Ownit Homes Dream Inclusions or home design.
3. The Summer Savings promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Ownit Homes promotion or discount.
