Ownit Homes celebrates 40 years as Master Builder in Queensland

Ownit Homes proudly celebrated its 40 year partnership with the Master Builders Queensland this month.

Company founders Paul and Peter Ganim first began their association with Master Builders in 1980 and were part of the very first QMBA display home estate built in Sunnybank.

Since that time, Ownit Homes has gone on to win a number of prestigious Master Builder’s Queensland awards, most recently taking out the 2018 Housing and Construction Award for best “Display Home $351,000 – $450,000” for the Hamilton 317 design.

Company Director Brad Ganim said that the company greatly values the Master Builder’s support, advice and coordination on behalf of the building industry.

“MBA has provided us with invaluable support and guidance over the 40 years.

“We are very proud of our association and are particularly grateful for their stewardship this year as we have all navigated through unchartered territory together. We hope to continue our close working relationship for many years to come” he said.

Ownit Homes will showcase the award-winning Hamilton design in the Master Builder’s Lomandra Park Display Village opening in Bridgeman Downs towards the end of the year.
