With a streamlined design and open plan living, our newest two storey home, the Horizon has been adapted from one of our top selling designs to better suit the living and lifestyle requirements of todays’ families.

The kitchen, meals and family rooms on the lower floor have been designed around an open plan layout with both the kitchen and family areas opening out onto the alfresco to ensure a seamless indoor outdoor experience is achieved. The Living area is also on the lower fl oor with an additional Bed 5/Study with Walk-in-Wardrobe and under stair storage, Powder Room and dual access to the Laundry from both the main hall and Walk-in-Pantry for functional design.

Upstairs, the third internal entertaining area being the Lounge located at the top of the stairs with the Master Bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe, three additional bedrooms and the main bathroom with separate WC branching off from there.

The Horizon home comes with the option to add our unique Roof Terrace™ design, creating a third floor and external entertainment area with external access via the Balcony off the Lounge on the second floor.

Our most innovative addition to our two storey designs yet, the Roof Terrace™ is accessed via the external open riser Staircase located on the Balcony off the Lounge. Uniquely delivered and economically priced, the new rooftop feature offers families a previously inaccessible outdoor living and entertaining solution without having to compromise on the backyard or land size. This extra living space can be used for early morning yoga, family get-togethers or evening entertaining, allowing you to live your way.

With extensive planning, strict internal and external criteria to meet and months of discussions with suppliers, certifiers, sub-contractors and the like, the final concept has been designed to comply with city council town planning regulations and is constructed with reinforced roof trusses for structural integrity, heavily waterproofed and sealed external sheeting and offers as standard when building the Horizon, the installation of 25mm artificial turf which is available in a variety of colours and textures, along with a hose connection to make cleaning a breeze and the opportunity to have a provision for a gas point for a future BBQ.

With three internal living areas and three external entertaining areas, four bedrooms plus study and two and a half bathrooms, the new Horizon design is perfect for a growing or established family of todays’ modern lifestyle.
