Panorama with Roof TerraceTM

Impressively bold with innovative architectural advantage

Suited for wider blocks of land, the Panorama is one of our larger and impressive new two storey homes and offers an innovative new element in design that has been created to take full advantage of Queensland’s tropical climate and the desire for the outdoor lifestyle.

Greeted with a Living area and Study on either side as you walk through the wide entrance and move past the Fifth Bedroom, Powder Room and Staircase to the second floor, you will notice the vastness of this home when the generous open plan design is beheld. With functionality a critical design element for a family home, the Kitchen really is at the heart of the Panorama with direct access from the two car Garage, great for offloading the groceries and access to the Laundry with the Meals, Family and Rumpus branching out from this central location. Opening out from these areas and via concealed stacker doors, the Alfresco is the first of three external living areas in this two storey home and when completely opened to the elements, perfectly articulates the meaning of the open plan concept by blurring the lines between indoors and out.

The Kitchen features an array of enjoyable standard inclusions such as the massive island bench 1.5m in width with a 70mm edge Smartstone benchtop, luxury 900mm appliances from the Italian manufacturer ILVE and of course, the huge Walk-in-Pantry which includes 40mm edge Smartstone bench space, an additional sink and the location of the dishwasher.

Our most innovative addition to our two storey designs yet, the Roof TerraceTM is accessed via the external open riser Staircase located on the Balcony off the Lounge and concludes the third external living area of the Panorama design. Uniquely delivered and reasonably priced, the new rooftop feature offers families a previously inaccessible outdoor living and entertaining solution without having to compromise on the backyard or land size.

With extensive planning, strict internal and external criteria to meet and months of discussions with suppliers, certifiers, sub-contractors and the like, the final concept has been designed to comply with all of South-East Queensland’s Council Town Planning regulations and is constructed with reinforced roof trusses for structural integrity, heavily waterproofed and sealed external sheeting and offers as standard when building the Panorama, the installation of 25mm artificial turf which is available in a variety of colours and textures, along with a hose connection to make cleaning a breeze and the opportunity to have a provision for a gas point for a future BBQ.

The Panorama is already an aesthetically imposing structure with the external staircase and Roof TerraceTM being visible from the street but, with the added texture and depth of differing materials to the front façade like Urbanlines’ innovative timber grain embossed Euro Selekta cladding and the brick feature wall, this new double storey home design gains a dramatic street presence.
